Hande Özçarıkçı graduated from Istanbul University, Faculty of Letters, Department of Sociology in 1997. She completed her foreign language education in England between 1997 and 1998, then worked as a public relations specialist in the Corporate Communications department of Sabah Newspaper for 4.5 years. She worked as the Customer Relations Director at Stage PR between 2002 and 2005, and worked as the Customer and Media Director at Bizce İletişim between 2005 and 2015 she. She has been working as a communications consultant at LEA for four years.
